Cabernet Franc expresses itself wonderfully in the Finger Lakes. Heady aromas of toasted oak, black cherry, and cassis lead you to a mild black peppery finish. Aged one year in a combination of French and Hungarian oak barrels. A perfect companion to grilled beef, veal, and delicate soft cheeses.
