The serious and brooding flavors were also initially quite tight though with air they became a bit more supple on the lingering if ever-so-slightly warm finish. This is clearly built-to-age and while it won’t be necessary to wait the full ten years before it matures, I would suggest allowing it at least 5 to 7."
